Job DescriptionJob Description Service Lot Attendant / Car Washer – Stouffville Volkswagen Be a part of something brand new! Stouffville Volkswagen is the newest addition to the Zanchin Automotive Group. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join our service team as a Service Helper / Car Washer . As an integral part of our “We Can Do That” operation, you are the first and last person our customers interact with—ensuring their vehicles are handled with care and returned sparkling clean. The Opportunity In this role, you will support the daily flow of the service department by: Customer Experience: Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude. Vehicle Preparation: Tagging vehicles and applying protective seat and steering wheel covers immediately upon arrival. Quality Detailing: Hand-washing customer vehicles to dealership standards. Lot Management: Organizing and moving vehicles to maximize parking efficiency and ensuring the service drive-thru remains clear and flowing. Shop Management: Moving tires to and from storage Facility Care: Maintaining a premium dealership appearance, including debris removal and seasonal snow clearing. About You You are a self-motivated "pro-active" worker who enjoys staying active and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 1–2 years of general labor or customer service experience (automotive interest is a huge plus!). Skills: Ability to confidently operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Requirements: A valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract are mandatory. Physical Capability: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including the ability to lift and maneuver automotive components and tire sets weighing 50 lbs or more on a regular basis. Mindset: Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
