Logistics Specialist at Bolashak Atyrau — NeverHard

Duties: Issue booking advice and coordinate between the Vendor and LSCP for cargo collection. Prepare and manage transportation documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery advice, bills of lading, sales orders, etc.) in compliance with internal and project procedures. Maintain daily communication with the Owner and Customs Agent to obtain approval for transport documentation. Coordinate shipments execution with LSCP ,covering both offshore and onshore portions. Monitor and follow up on shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring full visibility of shipment status and informing to the Project management of any issue Collaborate with the onshore team during the final customs clearance process. Review and approve shipment costs in accordance with the contractual price list. Register and maintain shipment data in company systems, Marian & shipment management system Resolve any issues related to the execution of shipments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination. Experience with international transportation, shipping documentation, and customs clearance. Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures. Experience working with freight forwarders, vendors, and customs brokers. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or shipment management systems (e.g., Marian, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadline : Conditions: Karabatan 5/2
