Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client's day shift team in Mississauga, ON. Pay: $28.00/hour Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities: - Coordinating pickup/delivery schedules for freight shipments - Preparing and processing shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, manifests) and maintaining records - Communicating with truck drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customers to provide status updates, resolve delays, and negotiate rates - Arranging freight loads and optimizing routes - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar role within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Experience with shipping documents - Strong customer service skills - Strong negotiation skills - High attention to detail - Understanding of Transportation regulations and safety requirements This position is for a new position with our client.
