The ideal candidate will possess extensive functional knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ and will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients' needs in the financial services sector. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of loan management systems. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Finastra Loan IQ. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Provide functional expertise in Finastra Loan IQ to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Document software specifications, design, and user manuals. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development and loan management systems. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Mandatory Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ. Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
