In this role, you will meet with clients, understand their needs, and present living benefits solutions designed to help protect their income, health, and financial future. Previous industry experience is not required. We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients and identify their needs and priorities. Explain available living benefits products clearly and professionally. Recommend suitable solutions based on each client’s situation. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service. Participate in regular coaching, training, and team development. Maintain accurate records and follow company and regulatory guidelines.
