Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely manner
Provide clear and accurate information about services and data
Assist customers with basic questions and support requests
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team

Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements
