Position Overview Zonda Home is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Support Assistant to support client communication through online chat platforms. This role involves assisting customers with basic inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and professional support experience. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who are comfortable communicating in writing and can manage multiple tasks at once. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and able to maintain a professional tone while assisting customers.
