The Role
If you have ever worked in customer support, you already know that live chat is one of the most fast-paced and detail-driven channels. This role is for someone who can stay focused, communicate clearly, and handle multiple conversations without losing quality.
This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule, but it does require someone who is reliable and able to manage their time without constant supervision.
What You Will Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a clear, professional, and timely manner
Handling multiple conversations at once while keeping responses accurate and thoughtful
Helping customers with account questions, service information, and basic troubleshooting
Knowing when to resolve an issue directly and when to pass it along to the appropriate team
Keeping detailed and accurate notes of each interaction
Maintaining a calm and consistent tone, even during busy periods
What We Look For
Strong written communication that feels natural, not robotic
The ability to stay organized and manage several tasks at once
Good judgment when handling customer concerns
Comfort working independently in a remote setting
Basic technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Previous customer service experience is helpful, but consistency and reliability matter more
