Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Light Duty Cleaner to work with at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience to service our clients in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cleaning services at multiple residential and commercial buildings located within the N6C, N6J, N5Z, and N6B areas. Schedule: Daytime shifts, Between 9 AM TO 5 PM - Monday to Friday, at various locations; Total = 31 hours per week Location: London, ON (N6C, N6J, N5Z, and N6B) Job Type: Contractor Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour Scope of Work Provide cleaning and housekeeping services at a multi-family apartment complex location Multitask as per business/client needs Manage Supply inventory Empty garbage and recycle as required Service the garbage room and chutes as required Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor Maintain all hallways in excellent condition. Sweep and scrub as per schedule Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, and run leaf blower Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (e.g. pool chairs) Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out Haves to Be Considered: Have 1 year of residential cleaning experience Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between the various service locations. Good verbal communication skills Must have a smartphone with internet access (iOS 14+ or Android 7+) Willing to work as a Contractor (You can be a professional cleaner willing to work as an independent contractor OR a Cleaning Business Owner who has a Registered business in Canada/Ontario) Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Willing to undergo a criminal background check Be reliable, professional, and be on time and attention to detail How a contract will be assigned Only experienced cleaning professionals will be contacted by our operations team.
