Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, siding, roofing, and tile laying with precision. Install cabinets, flooring, drywall, siding, and other building components using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct restoration work including caulking, painting, and finishing to meet client specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes. Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
