What You’ll Do
✅
Develop & Expand Business
– Identify and close new contract surety opportunities across Canada.
✅
Build Key Relationships
– Become the go-to advisor for contractors, developers, and procurement teams.
✅
Deliver Expert Bonding Solutions
– Structure bid, performance, labour & material, and maintenance bonds to meet client needs.
✅
Advise on Risk & Capacity
– Guide clients through bonding capacity, indemnity agreements, and underwriting criteria.
✅
Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG
– Manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups.
✅
Collaborate with Underwriters
– Secure competitive terms from leading markets.
✅
Drive Revenue Growth
– Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.
What You Bring to the Table
✔
Active RIBO License
(in good standing) – Required
✔
3+ Years Commercial Insurance Experience
– Surety focus strongly preferred
✔ Proven track record in
closing mid-to-large scale bonding accounts
✔ Strong
negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
✔ CRM proficiency (
HubSpot preferred
);
Vertafore SIG
experience is a plus
✔ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
