The expected pay rate for this role is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on your current level, experience, and qualifications.

About the opportunity… As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repair on customer and dealership vehicles, while developing practical skills. Specifically:
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as directed
Communicate with assigned Licensed Technician, Service Advisors, and Service Manager to provide updates regarding vehicles being worked on
Document all vehicle repair and maintenance performed on the repair order
Road test vehicles, as required
About you… Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience performing vehicle maintenance, including:
2 to 3 years proven experience as an Apprentice Technician (Registered Level 2 or 3)
Post-Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
Ability to maintain professionalism
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
A proven commitment to quality of work
Willing to be a team player and help with other shop tasks when required
