Responsibilities Provide legal advice on project and business activities. Review and prepare contracts, agreements and legal documents. Monitor compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Support claims, disputes, litigation and arbitration matters. Liaise with external lawyers, clients, contractors and government authorities. Maintain legal records and documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law / Legal Studies. 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in construction, oil & gas or EPC projects. Good knowledge of contract and commercial law. Experience in contract review and legal documentation. Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
