What We Expect: Formation and maintenance of the legal department archive (both physical and electronic) Administrative and clerical support for the legal department Assistance in contract management (reviewing, formatting, tracking agreements) Drafting official correspondence, letters, and claims (pre-litigation notices) Preparation of supporting materials for court proceedings and disputes Handling incoming/outgoing documentation and registry Supporting lawyers in day-to-day legal operations and projects Conducting basic legal research (laws, regulations, case practice) Assisting in compliance and internal document review Tracking deadlines and maintaining legal calendars (contracts, claims, court dates) Interaction with other departments on basic legal matters (under supervision) Qualifications : Higher education in legal specialty Strong foundation in civil, contract and corporate law Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, Knowledge of and English (at least Intermediate) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling Ability to work with large volumes of documents Good analytical and structured thinking skills Self-organization and ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills and willingness to interact with business teams Fast learner with a high level of responsibility and motivation to develop Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
