Responsibilities & Scope of Work Deliver legal advice and instruct external counsel regarding banking products and initiatives. Identify emerging legal trends and risks to inform organizational decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Work independently on complex legal issues while exercising sound professional judgment.
