What are your contributions to the team? Support senior lawyers in various corporate legal functions, allowing you to be exposed to a wide variety of corporate legal issues; Participate in the writing, analysis, approval and negotiation of various commercial agreements such as corporate guarantees, letters of credit facilities or surety documents, financing, banking and treasury operations related agreements; Find solutions to legal issues raised by employees of various departments (Treasury, HR, Finance, etc.) and provide support with implementing these solutions; Provide support on corporate structure reorganizations for our subsidiaries worldwide; Support on a variety of litigation and claims; Ensure that the activities of the Company are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, Company’s policies, good governance and leading business practices; Ensure adequate follow-up on various files submitted for analysis and recommendations. How to thrive in this role?
