Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $29.00 per hour EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Lease up and Occupancy Clerk- Full Time Makola Housing Society - Langford, BC Position Summary Makolas Lease up and Occupancy Team provides centralized services to applicants, tenants, and property management staff for all aspects of applications processing, tenant selections, subsidy calculations, and maintenance requests, and will work cooperatively in a team environment to provide prompt, thorough, and accurate service. The Lease up and Occupancy Clerk is assigned work as required based on changing business needs and reports directly to the Director of Lease up and Occupancy. This position is full-time, permanent, Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, based out of the Admin & Finance Office in Langford. This position starts at $29.00 per hour.
