Our Team and What You'll Accomplish Together
As a Learning Specialist II, you will work closely with the Strategy & Programs team, clinics, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, document, and deliver training that supports new processes and ERP/EMR system rollouts. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong technical background, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and clinic team members to plan and document new work instructions, guides, and training materials.
Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions (English and French preferred), ensuring successful comprehension of materials.
Maintain and update training materials to meet evolving business needs.
Provide ongoing support and timely training updates to clinic team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of content and processes.
Establish, curate, and maintain a knowledge management repository, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates.
Demonstrate a strong interest in leveraging new technologies and AI to enhance training content and optimize content creation processes.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a learning professional with expertise in training delivery and exposure to instructional design and project management.
Post-secondary diploma and/or Adult Learning Certificate.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with e-learning and technology deployments.
Experience working with clinic staff and clinicians is considered a strong asset.
Ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong adaptability, integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Passion for teamwork and contributing to organizational success.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Project management experience.
