Lead ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture / APM Technical Consultant (Contract, Remote) at Peek IT Services — NeverHard

You will lead the design and configuration of Application Portfolio Management and Business Capability capabilities in ServiceNow on a part-time contract engagement, working remotely from the US or Canada. The role combines hands-on configuration with advisory work: running workshop sessions, refining stories and demonstrating the solution to stakeholders. Estimated at 384 total hours, with workshops expected to begin in early October. Responsibilities Lead and support workshop sessions, refine stories, and demo the solution to stakeholders Perform data setup for Application Portfolio Management Business Capability to enable out-of-the-box functionality, using data from the existing ServiceNow SAM implementation to build Business Capability software models Provide best practice guidance on OOTB attributes for business applications and application services, and support CSDM alignment of both Create up to 20 new data capture fields on core Application Portfolio forms Configure up to 3 catalog items and workflows for business application lifecycle management, and up to 2 data policies for application portfolio record certifications Build and update Application Portfolio dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics (approximately 16 hours of effort) Configure up to 5 application indicators and a scoring profile for application scoring and rationalization, plus up to 3 Business Capability indicators and scoring profile Load Business Capabilities into the ServiceNow Business Capability table and Business Capability to Business Application relationships into the CI relationships table Requirements Lead-level technical consulting experience with expertise in Enterprise Architecture ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (APM) certification Hands-on experience configuring Application Portfolio Management and Business Capability data models Working knowledge of CSDM and of ServiceNow Software Asset Management data Experience building dashboards and reports with Performance Analytics Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work remotely from within the US or Canada Nice to have Experience supporting Transformation or Strategic Portfolio Management (Tx/SPM) workflows Experience facilitating client-facing discovery and design workshops Background in application rationalization and scoring programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
