Job Description Provide on the job training for new security officers. Monitor the physical appearance of the security staff Monitor hotel premises for security breaches or suspicious activity. Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or reports of incidents. Assist in emergency response situations, such as fires or medical emergencies. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures concerning safety. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed during incidents. Perform access control and monitor guest and staff entries. Evaluate and resolve conflicts or disturbances among guests. Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety. Maintain surveillance footage and other security documentation. Conduct security training for staff members. Implement safety protocols during high-traffic events. Assist in the investigation of theft or property damage. Respond to alarms and monitor security systems.
