Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Lead Registered Nurse in Houston, Texas! This role is on site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration: **Type:** Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm **Pay:** $45.30 to $47.30 an hour **Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:** · Coordinate patient care plans across providers, departments, and services. · Perform clinical triage via phone, EMR messaging, or in person. · Review labs, imaging, and clinical results and escalate appropriately. · Prepare patients for procedures and ensure preop requirements are met. · Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow up care. · Manage referrals and authorizations (especially in outpatient settings). · Document all clinical interactions in the EMR accurately and timely. · Serve as primary point of contact between patient, family, and care team. · Monitor patient progress and intervene when care gaps appear. · Support quality improvement initiatives within the department. **·** Other duties may be assigned as required **Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:** · Associates degree · Active and good standing RN license in Texas · Three plus years of RN experience · Care coordination or case management experience (1+ year preferred) · Strong clinical triage skills **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **Pay Details:** $45.30 to $47.30 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
