Job DescriptionJob Description Lead QA Analyst Overview We’re hiring a Lead QA Analyst to own quality across multiple projects and ensure strong delivery standards across the full software development lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving test strategy, execution, and QA governance , while working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. You’ll lead QA end-to-end, mentor team members, and help scale testing practices across the organization. Preference given to candidates with experience in wealth management, asset management, investment management, or broader financial services environments. Key Responsibilities Lead QA activities across multiple projects and releases Own test strategy, planning, and QA governance Drive manual + automated testing approaches Oversee defect management, triage, and resolution Define QA processes, standards, and best practices Mentor QA team members and support delivery excellence Partner with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines What You Bring 5–8+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a lead role doing Automation Testing Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing Experience creating test plans, test cases, and QA documentation Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman Strong automation background with Playwright (preferred) for building scalable, maintainable end-to-end test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines Test automation experience Agile/Scrum environment exposure API / data / enterprise systems testing Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Experience in wealth, asset, or investment management (strong plus) Apply: sasha@talenttohire.com
