This position provides leadership in hospital emergency preparedness and incident response, supports occupational health initiatives, manages leased clinical and community spaces within the facility, coordinates minor infrastructure projects related to space set‑up and utilization, and supports onboarding of new employees and tenants. Additionally, the Lead oversees hospital‑affiliated community properties and tenancy relationships, ensuring that leased spaces and partnerships align with the mission and growth strategy of St. Pauls Hospital. This includes managing tenancy agreements, cultivating positive relationships with external property managers, and supporting the strategic expansion of clinical services in community‑based settings.
