Lead project engineer at Hydroserv Central Asia — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Coordinating the engineering activities, Managing multiple internal and external interfaces within project defined parameters, Preparing reports for the Project Manager Preparing and participating in the internal/external meetings, Ensuring Implementation of capitalization from the lessons learnt in previously executed project, Supporting the preparation of the Project Execution procedures; Job Manuals (according to Job Manual Workflow; Internal discipline standards and client standards); Project Code and Standard (Contractual Industries Codes, Local regulation and Laws), Finalizing the Basis of Design and Site Data Sheet and expediting the missing data; early activity schedule and preparation of L3 schedule; challenge of the Start Estimate (Man-hours and bill of quantities), The individual will be responsible to plan and provide technical services and manage activities required to ensure that the process control, instrumentation, metering systems and related equipment are designed, installed, operated and maintained to function safely, efficiently and productively. Performs professional, technical, and administrative work participating in the organizing, planning, design, construction, inspection and maintenance. Compiling of P&I flow diagrams, instrument lists, parts lists and circuit diagrams, taking into account technical standards and regulations Preparing cost estimates, assisting in the preparation and review of engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents for projects, construction inspection, surveying and locating, and Computer-Aided Design. Serves as point of contact between Company and Engineering and Construction company. Requirements: Ability to develop and execute competitive solutions as well as drive it till the end, Knowledge of applicable engineering principles, processes and tools within the respective discipline. Analyzes information and makes a synthesis to develop solutions; balances sense of urgency, risk analysis and contribution in decision making process, Is open to benchmark input and new ideas; takes appropriate risks; takes ownership for own actions and take decision on Engineering topics, He should be capable of maintaining a schedule and control project budgets. Ensures project quality, reliability and safety. Degree from a university (or university of applied sciences) in automation technology, measurement and control technology, or electrical engineering Practical experience in plant planning as well as experience with instrumentation and control engineering projects 5-7 years’ experience as Project Engineer
