As a
Team Lead - Senior Cost Controller
, you will strengthen project controls practices and ensure robust cost monitoring and performance management. You will oversee cost control across multiple mandates while leading a team of professionals, directly contributing to impactful projects for our clients and the communities we serve.
Your Impact
As a Cost Controller:
Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the financial health of projects
Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize performance
Apply Earned Value Management EVM principles to support decision-making
Ensure rigorous tracking of project performance in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage changes and their financial impacts throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with processes, policies and contractual requirements
As a Team Lead:
Lead, engage and develop a cost control team
Allocate resources across projects
Ensure the quality of deliverables
Review and approve outputs
Participate in recruitment
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
The skills that set you apart
University degree, bachelor's in engineering, finance, project management or a related field
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in cost control within complex engineering project environments
Proven expertise in Earned Value Management EVM and project financial control
Demonstrated experience in team management and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
Knowledge of AACE and PMI frameworks and certifications strong asset
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
Bilingualism is required as the individual will frequently be involved in projects with English-speaking clients and partners outside Quebec

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $122 900 - 162 800
MB & ON: $112 100 - 154 400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111 000 - 147 400
