Meet hourly production quotas. Document daily production. Operate all injection machines and assembly stations Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery. Ability to train FTMs in the absence of the Leader Tech. Understand and follow the Kanban system. Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines. Maintain 5S in all assigned areas. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job.
