Key Responsibilities Lead installation of heat-pump based residential HVAC installation Superviseand mentor junior installers and helpers Keepaccurate records all required pre-inspection and post-installationpaperwork Ensureall work complies with Ontario codes and safety regulations Communicateclearly with customers and team members on-site Troubleshootand resolve installation issues as they arise Maintaintools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition Required Qualifications: Musthold one of the following certifications: 313DResidential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License G2Gas Technician License Minimum5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Strongknowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices Validdriver’s license with clean driving record Abilityto work independently and lead a team Strongproblem-solving and communication skills Preferred Assets (Optional) Holding both 313D and G2 certifications an asset Sheet metal experience Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems ODP certification Leadership or supervisory experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
