Lead Electrical Engineer at СП КАТКО — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities for industrial and infrastructure projects. Review, develop, and approve electrical engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company requirements. Participate in the development and optimization of technical solutions for electrical systems. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Support procurement activities by reviewing technical proposals and equipment specifications. Monitor construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities related to electrical systems. Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting of engineering issues. Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project documentation. Requirements: Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project development, preferably in industrial, mining, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment, and engineering standards. Experience in preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, drawings, and calculations. Knowledge of international and local engineering codes, regulations, and safety requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with engineering document management and project coordination. Good command of English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
