Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Lead Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) along with a good understanding of related supply‑chain processes such as Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning integration, and RF device integration. The role involves working closely with business users and client stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution validation, configuration, functional specification preparation, testing, training, cutover and post‑go‑live support.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. The position may require travel in Canada.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand current warehouses, inventory, procurement, and supply‑chain processes.
Conduct workshops for gathering fit‑gap analysis, fit‑to‑template, and solution validation.
Configure SAP EWM processes based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Support end‑to‑end EWM process execution, including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, inventory management, and RF‑based warehouse operations.
Prepare functional specifications, design documents, configuration documents, and other project deliverables for EWM‑related objects.
Work closely with technical teams for development, enhancements, forms, interfaces, reports, and custom objects.
Support integration of EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, and PP.
Support data mapping, data cleansing, and data migration activities related to EWM master and transactional data.
Participate in testing cycles including FUT, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.
Plan and support cutover and migration activities for warehouse‑related processes.
Conduct end‑user training and support business users during preparation, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care phases.
Provide guidance to users on EWM process execution and help resolve functional issues.
Ensure solutions are aligned with SAP standard processes, global template, and manufacturing industry best practices.
Work collaboratively with client teams, offshore teams, technical consultants, and project leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Must have worked on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including SAP EWM, Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Integration with Production Planning, and Integration with SAP MM.
Hands‑on experience in configuring SAP EWM processes.
Good understanding of EWM master data, including warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, products, packaging, resources, and related objects.
Experience with RF device integration and warehouse execution using RF transactions.
Experience in preparing functional specifications and design documents for EWM‑related developments, enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Experience in supporting data migration activities, including data mapping and validation.
Experience in planning and executing cutover activities for EWM.
Experience in conducting user training and preparing training material.
Strong knowledge of industry‑standard best practices in warehouse management and supply‑chain execution.
Prior experience working with clients in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with business users, client stakeholders, and project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation or rollout experience.
Experience in global template rollout programs.
Experience working in onsite‑offshore delivery models.
Experience supporting warehouse operations during go‑live and hyper‑care.
Knowledge of integration points between SAP EWM and other SAP modules.
SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain area will be an added advantage.
Physical and Location Requirements
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Canada or willing to relocate. The position may require travel in Canada. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face‑to‑face.
Compensation
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in Ontario is $96,620 to $109,129.
