What You’ll Do As a Lead or Assistant Teacher , you’ll play a vital role in shaping the minds of tomorrow. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Lead Teacher Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire curiosity and learning. - Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. - Monitor and assess children’s progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians. - Collaborate with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Assistant Teacher Responsibilities: Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning space. Engage with children to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Provide additional support to children as needed to ensure their success.
