The firm advises fund managers, institutional investors, private equity firms and corporations on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions. The Role As a Lawyer, you will participate in the structuring, formation and negotiation of private investment funds, as well as mergers and acquisitions involving institutional investors, private equity firms and leading businesses. You will work closely with recognized professionals on national and international transactions across a wide range of industries.
