Duties To draft and review import and export contracts and others To provide a legal support with corporate, labor, tax, and financial legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan To draft internal regulations and orders of the company To represent the interests of company with state institutions and commercial organizations To handle other legal affairs relating to the company including its affiliates for the business in the Republic of Kazakhstan Requirements Bachelor degree and above in law (LLM would be a plus) At least 3-4 years of progressive working experience (preferably in telecommunication industry and/or for international company); Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan law (Contract Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Labour Law) and principles of international commercial law Fluent English and Russian (Kazakh would be a plus); Excellent writing and analytical skills, attentivness; Strong negotiation skills; Ability & willingness to work hard under pressure
