Laser Operator at Recutify Inc. — NeverHard

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications and production schedules. Responsibilities: Set up and operate laser cutting machines safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting when required Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and operational Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines Qualifications: Previous experience as a Laser Operator or CNC Machine Operator Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic computer and measurement tool knowledge Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills
