Responsibilities Supervise and guide a small team of landscape maintenance workers Perform and oversee routine landscape maintenance and property upkeep Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and project needs Coordinate daily tasks and schedules ensuring efficient team operations Operate standard landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Report progress and issues to the Operations Manager Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance Valid Driver’s License Proficient in landscaping techniques and plant identification Experienced in operating landscaping equipment Demonstrated team leadership skills Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
