Overview
Run your own crew, operate quality equipment, and take ownership of full landscape construction projects.
Mountain Acres is a growing company focused on high-quality installs, patios, retaining walls, grading, and full property builds. We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman / Crew Lead who can lead from the front, keep jobs organized, and take pride in clean, efficient work.
Small crew, steady workflow, and an opportunity to grow with the company as we expand.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Read and execute project plans, layouts, and scopes of work
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site organization
Monitor progress and adjust workflow to maintain timelines
Communicate regularly with the owner on job status, challenges, and changes
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Operate equipment (skid steer, etc.) and support hands-on installation work
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used properly
Communicate professionally with clients on-site
Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and consistency
Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues efficiently
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of landscape construction experience, including retaining walls, laying paving stone patios, laying sod and turf, planting trees etc.
Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job sites
Strong equipment operating experience (skid steer required, trailer experience preferred)
Ability to read and execute landscape plans
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with ability to tow
