Role Summary
PTW is hiring Labourers to join our team in Surrey, BC. This role supports industrial construction and maintenance activities through material handling, site preparation, and general labour tasks. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically capable, and experienced in construction environments. This position is local to Surrey and surrounding areas.
Job Details
Shift: 5&2
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Pay Rate: $25$28 per hour
Possible Apprenticeship: Available for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Apply paint to repair or protect piping and steel structures
Perform safety standby duties such as fire watch
Maintain inventory and organization of tools and materials
Measure, cut, grind, and drill materials as directed
Support overall site safety, cleanliness, and organization
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of construction experience
Industrial labourer experience preferred
Trailer-pulling experience is considered an asset
Ability to lift and move heavy loads
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions (oral and written)

Must be willing to complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test
Must have own transportation (site locations may not be accessible by public transit)
Must be local to Surrey, BC or surrounding area
