Job Description
We’re looking for Labourers who show up ready to work - people who are focused, reliable, and able to handle the physical demands of a construction site. If you take pride in doing the job right and aren’t afraid to break a sweat, you’ll fit in well here.
This is a hands-on role supporting construction site operations. You’ll work alongside skilled trades and site supervisors to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
Closely follow safety protocols
Support carpenters, foremen, and other trades as needed
Tool Use:
Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools
Concrete Work:
Shovel, mix, pour, spread
Site Tasks:
Clean/prep sites, control traffic, demolition, material handling.
Equipment Operation:
Pumps, compressor, generators
Formwork
: Strip and assembler form systems
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of construction labour experience (preferred)
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting/handling procedures
Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract (preferred)
Able to lift, carry, and move materials
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Willing to learn and take direction
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work out of town when required
Physical Demands
Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), working at heights, strenuous labour (fit testing)
Use of PPE and exposure to construction hazards
Manual dexterity and coordination required
