Our client, a well-established and highly respected Vancouver law firm, is seeking a Labour & Employment Partner to join its growing team. The incoming lawyer will work closely with an established senior partner whose practice spans a broad range of labour and employment matters. Working primarily with employers, the practice includes a diverse mix of employment agreements and work place policies, human rights and work place investigations, immigration related matters, liability matters, and labour matters. There would be exposure to both solicitor and litigation work, making this position particularly fitting for someone who enjoys a varied practice.
A portable book of business would be considered a strong asset, as is experience and willingness to continue driving business development and client relationships forward.
