Requirements: Experience 10 years Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Labor Relations, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field. Fluent English Job responsibilities: Labor specialist with demonstrated experience in supervision on labor issues in large construction projects. Experience with World Bank ESF (ESS2) or other International Financial Institutions (IFIs) compliance an advantage. Experience in labor management procedures (LMP), supervision on working conditions, workers’ accommodation, workers grievance mechanism and SEA/SH prevention Place of work: Tajikistan
