We are currently looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will: Execute day-to-day kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food that is visually appealing and delicious, while ensuring meals are prepared promptly and consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times. Be a problem solver by using your critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges. You'll be empowered to work independently while managing your time and responsibilities effectively. Foster authentic team connections by building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and providing excellent service to our guests. Take initiative with other duties as assigned to support the kitchen and restaurant operations. What we need from you: One (1) or more years of recent and related cooking experience, preferably within a hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment. High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered. WHMIS Food Safe Certificate (can be completed upon hire through Century Casinos). Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
