Обязанности: Lead the creation, scheduling, and management of content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Interact and communicate with the community, managing feedback and fostering brand engagement. Deploy successful SMM and digital campaigns for new product launches from ideation to execution. Localize digital marketing assets and work alongside the HQ digital team to optimize content for the local market. Measure and report on the performance of SMM and digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and assessing against goals. Develop and maintain regular KPI dashboards (weekly/monthly) and provide detailed reports for quarterly marketing meetings. Analyze the digital marketing channel mix to evaluate the effectiveness of social media, brand building, and paid campaigns. Deal with the closure of campaigns, including partners and agencies, check and correct reports. Hand over payments, process documents.
