Title: Jr Maintenance Technician Location: Vancouver, WA Pay Rate: $24-26/hr Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM We are seeking a Jr Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Maintenance Services Division (MSD). The Jr Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and activities, including quality control inspections, tenant rekeys, parts ordering, parts delivery, and maintaining the organization of the shop and parking areas. Responsibilities: Conduct quality control inspections on turnovers to ensure property standards are met by technicians and vendors. Perform periodic quality control inspections on completed service calls, providing feedback to the General Manager. Process work orders for rekeying units as required. Manage parts ordering and deliver parts to properties as needed. Assist with quarterly inventory counts on vans and stockroom. Coordinate equipment needs at site locations, vans, stockroom, and the shop. What We Provide Competitive salary Your choice of two different medical plan options.
