Обязанности: Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, policies, procedures, and local legislation; Conduct HSE inductions, safety trainings, and toolbox talks; Perform site inspections and internal HSE audits; Investigate incidents and prepare relevant reports; Develop, review, and update HSE documentation; Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); Maintain HSE records, reports, and statistics; Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement; Provide daily support to the HSE Team Lead. Требования: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of Kazakhstan occupational health and safety legislation; Understanding of international HSE standards will be an advantage; Experience in conducting safety briefings and audits is preferred; Willingness to travel to KPG sites when required; Strong communication and organizational skills; Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Kazakh and Russian languages required, English — Intermediate level or higher .
