EIPS is recruiting a full-time Junior High Generalist at Mundare School.
The Junior High generalist teaches all junior high subjects including: English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, Physical Education and Building Construction. Mundare School has been approved for Grade 9 next year; the teacher will be responsible for all subjects Grades 7-9.
Mundare School serves
approximately 85 students in kindergarten to Grade 8, with eight teaching staff
and six support staff. The school is located in Mundare, AB, approximately 70
kilometres northeast of Sherwood Park, AB.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education degree
Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
Effective organization and classroom management skills
Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experience or familiarity with analyzing data and using data to inform decisions and/or instruction
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
