Обязанности: Assisting in the procurement process for goods and services required by the organization. Researching potential suppliers and vendors to identify cost-effective and reliable options. Requesting and collecting quotations, bids, and proposals from suppliers. Evaluating supplier proposals based on price, quality, and delivery terms. Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. Assisting with the creation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts. Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise. Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts. Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as department heads and finance teams to understand their procurement needs. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement. Требования: Experience no less 1-2 years Higher economic education Knowledge of the English language is preferable.
