Job Description Job Description Our Distribution group is currently seeking Journeyperson Powerline Technicians (PLT) to join our growing team, in the Kitchener / Waterloo, ON area. Reporting to the Construction Foreman, PLT's are responsible for construction of overhead and underground electrical power distribution systems.
