About Omnia Training
Omnia Training is a leading workforce development and vocational training organization dedicated to providing hands-on, industry-driven training programs. We work closely with employers, Indigenous communities, government agencies, and industry partners to develop skilled workers for Alberta's workforce. Omnia Training is looking for an experienced
Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter
who is ready to share their knowledge, mentor the next generation, and make a lasting impact in Alberta’s skilled trades workforce.
This role is ideal for a carpenter who may be considering retirement, semi-retirement, or a transition away from physically demanding site work — while still staying active in the trade.
Instead of being on the tools every day, you’ll use your years of experience to teach, coach, and guide students as they build confidence, safety awareness, and real hands-on carpentry skills. We are currently seeking an experienced

Ensure all shop and training activities comply with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Maintain training equipment, tools, and instructional materials.
Support curriculum development aligned with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) standards.
Provide mentorship and coaching to students to support successful employment outcomes.
Participate in program planning, continuous improvement, and industry engagement activities.

What We Offer
Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
