Position Overview: We are currently looking for a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician (or experienced apprentice) who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. You’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles, working with a team that values skill, reliability, and great customer service. What You'll Do: Diagnose mechanical faults and confirm findings with supervisors Repair or replace mechanical and automotive components Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections Road test vehicles and test systems to ensure repairs meet OEM specs Complete repair reports and maintain clear communication with team Occasionally assist with customer shuttle using company vehicle What You Bring: Journeyman Automotive Service Technician Certificate (Red Seal is a strong asset) Minimum 4 years of hands-on automotive repair experience (preferred) A valid driver's license and clean driving abstract Your own tools and steel-toed safety boots Ability to work in a dynamic, noisy shop environment A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to excellence Bonus Points For: Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependability, flexibility, and pride in your work Compensation & Perks: Pay: Piece work, commission / rate to de discussed with experience.
