Role Summary
PTW is seeking certified Journeyman Electricians to join our team in the Lower Mainland, BC. This role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting work on industrial and commercial projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Complete job documentation, reports, and maintenance records accurately
Work collaboratively with supervisors, project teams, and other trades
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Qualifications / Requirements
Certified Electrician Journeymanticket required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment
Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
Valid safety certifications required:
CSTS-20
H2S Alive
Standard First Aid
Fall Protection
AWP
WHMIS 2015
Valid driver's license required
Compensation & Benefits
Lower Mainland Journeyman rate: $45/hour
Shift: 5/2
Working hours: 10 hours per day
Overtime paid after 8 hours
