Reporting to the Sales Team Lead you will provide a superior customer service experience that emphasizes strong product knowledge and is delivered in a friendly, outgoing, and helpful manner. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs. Providing a selection of products for customers to choose. Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice. Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries. Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place. Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts. Promoting store sales. Working with team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers. Qualifications needed! Previous customer service, preferably in a retail setting. A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic. A strong desire to learn. Ability to learn products in a reasonable time. Ability to learn our various technology, i.e., Point of Sales System, EDGE (inventory) and BaseCamp (communications software). Willing to work some Saturdays.
