Responsibilities: Technical support for product, sales and marketing teams with Bitrix24 CRM, Twilio telephony, Active Campaign and other services Configure Bitrix automated rules and business processes for email and whatsapp communications Resolve technical issues such as telephony issues etc Configure various integrations between services inside our IT infrastructure. Bitrix24 & Active Campaign, Bitrix24 & Twilio etc. Requirements: Our ideal candidate will possess: Knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM or similar A minimum 1 year of relevant experience in technical support. A background in IT would be advantageous. A customer-focused mindset. The ability to work effectively in a team. A sense of accountability when working remotely. The capability to solve problems independently. Strong learning abilities. Conversational English
